If you need to redownload your Backup N Go software, you can do so easily by following these steps:

  1. Download the software using the appropriate link for your operating system:

  2. Locate your software key, which was sent to you in the email you received when you signed up for the Backup N Go service. If you lost or misplaced that email, don’t worry! You can still retrieve your key by logging in to the File Protection portal. Go to the Backup N Go website, log in with your credentials, and follow These Steps (Click Here).

  3. Install the software on your device, and when prompted, enter your team key to activate the service.

If you experience any issues during the installation process or have further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Backup N Go support for assistance.

We’re glad you asked! For Backup N Go, there is no long-term commitment – after the first 60 days, your service will be month-to-month. If you ever need to cancel, simply give us a 15-day written notice by emailing [email protected].

For Tech N Go, there is a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, your service will also be month-to-month. And if you ever need to cancel, just send us a 15-day written notice to [email protected].

Backup N Go Software Troubleshooting

This page contains a variety of resources to help you identify and solve any issues you may be experiencing.

It’s always a good idea to periodically check your backups to ensure that your important files are being properly backed up and can be restored if needed. We recommend logging into the online file protection portal and downloading important files to verify that they are intact.

The recommended frequency of checks depends on how critical the data is to you.
